1) Before you enquire: what ‘ethical breeding’ should look like

• Health testing and vet checks you can see in writing

• Biting: redirect to a chew; end play for 10–20 seconds if teeth touch skin

• Handling: gentle daily practice (paws, ears, collar) paired with treats
