The Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price before or at the time of delivery/transfer of the puppy.
3. Health Guarantee
The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.
The Buyer has [10] business days from the date of transfer to have the puppy examined by a
licensed veterinarian.
If the veterinarian finds the puppy to be seriously ill or unfit for sale, the Buyer may return the
puppy for a full refund or exchange (if available).
This guarantee does not cover minor conditions such as parasites, colds, or other treatable
issues.
4. Buyer’s Responsibilities
The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, shelter, and veterinary care for the puppy.
The Buyer agrees not to resell the puppy to pet stores, puppy mills, or research facilities.
The Buyer agrees to spay/neuter the puppy by [Date] (if not already altered), unless otherwise
agreed in writing.
5. Return Policy
If the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, the Seller agrees to accept the puppy back. No refund
is guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Registration and Papers
If applicable, registration papers will be provided once proof of spay/neuter is received, unless the
puppy is sold with breeding rights.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. No other promises or
conditions are binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
8. We will not be liable or responsible for any colour change from infancy to adult
9. We will not be held responsible for any future vet bills that unfortunately may occur in any case of
injury, or health issues
10. Only when a deposit has been received by us barking bulldogs can you reserve a puppy with a
date agreed on for collection, and for the full remainder to be paid on the day or before collection
date. Deposits can be arranged by online video call, including pictures and videos of puppies, or face
to face
11.Home face to face viewings will be when puppies are 5/6 weeks old, which can only be arranged
by email and phone call, you will be vetted for our own security, if you choose a puppy then a deposit
will be required
12. Puppies will only leave when they are 8/10 weeks old, they will leave with 1st vaccination ONLY
(available on request ONLY 2nd injection vaccine), full puppy pack, beds toys and food, puppy
information, microchipped, including vet card with a full examination health check which will be
provided to you
13.Unfortunately, deposit are non-refundable. When you have received your puppy, a refund may be
considered only on the health basis of the puppy which can only be considered up to 7 days after
purchase with a letter from your vet highlighting the health concern. This will not cover

14.As the breeder we have an obligation to the puppy’s welfare, if looking after the puppy becomes
difficult for any reason we will help rehome the puppy and make sure they go to a loving home to be
looked after, if doing so we will not refund or return any funds due to the measure we will have to
make either to accommodate the puppy, finding a suitable home, delivery cost and explaining to the
authority’s due to boarding restrictions
15.On collection and delivery new owners must transfer their KC papers over to them and we will
activate their 5 weeks free insurance via kennel club, this is very important and must be done straight
away please
16.We do not pay for international flights, International customers quotes will be made after a
deposit has been received by us, but please feel free to get your own estimated quote with animal
airlines, pet air UK for your shipping cost
